洪仲丘案輕判 洪姊哽咽：傻眼！刑度在意料之外

陸軍下士洪仲丘案7日一審判決出爐，全案18名被告軍士官遭判6至8個月刑期，引起各方譁然。洪家人經過一夜平復心情，洪姊洪慈庸8日上午在接受媒體訪問時表示，當下覺得相當傻眼，坦承這樣的刑度在意料之外。洪案判決結果讓不少人認為是輕判，洪家親屬7日到桃園地方法院聆聽判決後也相當傻眼。洪慈庸經過一晚沉澱後，今早面對媒體時表示，雖然沒有希望被告要被判得多重，但聽到判決時相當意外。洪慈庸稱，542旅涉案人員將洪仲丘送進禁閉室，應不僅是妨害自由，而是刻意、蓄意傷害洪仲丘或是導致其死亡的原因，但法院並未認知這一點，將會提出上訴。洪慈庸表示，此次的宣判結果是不是代表軍中縱容這種行為，對判決感到相當失落，而一路以來洪家人抱著正面態度在看軍審法移審到一般地院，但現在卻顯示「共犯結構遭切割」。雖然心情受到判決結果影響，不過洪慈庸表示「這是司法制度，洪家要的則是程序正義」，仍會為了弟弟的案子繼續努力，並稱在掃墓時也會告訴洪仲丘宣判結果，盼洪仲丘能保佑二審順利。
