俄羅斯駐聯合國代表邱爾金(Vitaly Churkin)稍早對外宣布，俄羅斯與烏克蘭斷絕外交關係。邱爾金表示：「俄羅斯不承認烏克蘭政府的合法性，這就是我們要與烏克蘭斷交的關係」。這個決定將對於克里米亞的「公投自決」再度投下變數。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
