第11季SBL例行賽戰至最後一個星期，季後賽最後一席仍懸而未決，兩支傳統勁旅台北達欣、新北裕隆8日台中正面交鋒，誰贏，誰晉級！

季初以來，裕隆幾乎沒有跌出四強過，但近13戰僅拿3勝，讓原本季後賽無望的達欣燃起生機，戲劇化地鏖戰到兩隊最後一場例行賽才能分出勝負。

兩隊在這場「割喉戰」都有利多，因膝蓋半月板沾黏休息2個月的達欣「少俠」田壘8日有望復出，就算體能、狀況未達顛峰，這位經驗豐富的老將對球隊仍有加分作用。

裕隆近13戰雖然只拿3勝，目前已經連贏2場，從看板人物「男模射手」呂政儒到洋將阿拉比（Solomon Alabi）近況都不錯，絕對有資格一拚。

自SBL元年開始，裕隆連續10年晉級季後賽，抱走4座冠軍，包括1至3季的「三連霸王朝」，若8日輸球，將是隊史首度在超級籃球聯賽季後賽缺席。

另外，行銷單位悍創運動行銷為感謝球迷11年來的支持，將於9日舉辦「11主題日」，只要購票時能出示個人資料包括身分證號、出生年月日、地址等有數字「11」的球迷，就能享有買一送一的優惠。
