又有高總價豪宅淪法拍！位於北市安和路舊豪宅「凱旋門」，原定今午在台北地方法院執行第1拍，待拍戶總面積71.72坪，底價1億770萬元，因拍賣內容變更公告停拍。

寬頻房訊表示，待拍戶共有2個債務人，各持分1/2，但都被拿出來拍賣，得標者可擁有完整所有權，「變更後會再流入法拍市場，1拍價格高於市價，預估等2、3拍有機會標出。」

「凱旋門」屋齡約24年，生活圈隸屬大安區，區內有購物中心、學校、公園等，生活機能完善，據實價登錄資訊顯示，屋齡5年左右大樓成交價每坪110萬元，目前網路上也有待售戶，含車位129.86坪，開價1億6000萬元。（王筱君／台北報導）
