德意志證券指出，精華最大客戶日商SEED法說會上透露，日本彩色隱形眼鏡的爆發期已過，而日本占精華營收七成比重，恐拖累精華成長動能，因此降評至「持有」。德意志把精華目標價從1,012元降至770元，不看好股價挑戰千金。

德意志證券台灣區研究部主管曾慧瓊指出，根據產業調查結果，日本市場對彩色隱形眼鏡的需求急遽下滑，目前滲透率已達18%，成長速度將放緩。並將今、明年的每股純益下修15%與22%，至36元與40元。
