【動新聞】伺「雞」卡位　鹽酥雞揚威國際

【方翊倩／綜合報導】40年的鹽酥雞老字號繼光香香雞，以街邊小店起家，靠著第一代祖傳秘方，在台灣眾多鹽酥雞口味中獨樹一格，2010年起，更進軍中國大陸、新加坡、香港市場，賣出4億元的產值。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，鹽酥雞是台灣代表小吃之一，曾獲選為「外國人最喜歡的台灣小吃」第3名。繼光香香雞的前身，是黃智雄的父親黃錦昌1973在板橋開設的「香香鹽酥雞」，陸續在西門町、新竹開了5家連鎖店。1980年遷回台中，挑了當時最熱鬧的繼光街繼續賣，正式改名為繼光香香雞。黃智雄與哥哥也陸續擴張分店、開放加盟。黃智雄花1年時間研發專屬電子油炸鍋，成功打進百貨賣場，也因此帶動國際廠商加盟代理意願，短短3年就將品牌擴展到海外市場，創下近4億元營業額。他誓言做鹽酥雞界的「鼎泰豐」，但目前產品僅鹽酥雞一支獨秀，產品線恐怕還得再多元化。
