我個人是覺得尖峰時刻耶～
因為真的很少看到半夜，或是早上有大獎被抽到...

而且上次第一臺唉鳳，活動開始一小時就被抽到；
這次的消費獎勵禮包抽獎，你看唉鳳也是活動沒開始多久就被抽到...

我覺得工程師應該還是會挑時間釋出大獎吧？！(純猜測)
畢竟一大早抽到大獎又沒什麼人看到，根本無法達到刺激其他人消費的功能～
