房市╱北市僅半數行政區預售有實價可查　平均每坪87.7萬

〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕自去（101）年10月實價揭露以來，台北市僅半數行政區有預售案價格可查，總計約190筆，換算每坪成交金額87.7萬元，新北市雖有超過5千筆資料可查，但有近8成都是浮洲合宜住宅的登錄案，扣除後約有900多筆，平均每坪成交價格約為31.5萬元，對比建照量及銷售率，實際上可參考比例相對有限。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/We7MxhG6QTo" height="1" width="1"/>
