低光源應該先拉ISO還是靠後製拉?

後進想來請問各位前輩

在遇到低光源的情況下

如果快門已經在手持的臨界點

各位前輩是習慣在現場先把ISO拉高至有顆粒感

回家在抹去顆粒

還是先照較低ISO曝光也不足一點的照片

回家靠軟體拉亮呢

小弟的機身是6D

通常是照raw檔用camera raw修圖

--(不好意思問題沒有描述清楚以下是我在4樓的補充)

其實後進遇到的困難是我之前去拍婚禮..

在送客的地方因為純室內完全吃不到出口處的太陽光

我架了一隻透射傘在45度角作離閃

但再來應該是經驗不足之處

因為送客會有大合照的情況發生所以光圈不能太大

手持快門也不敢低於80

因為現場是黃光閃燈的出力太大似乎會有明顯的明暗陰影和色差

我把閃燈的出力調到很小

於是我帶了一堆iso5000~6400的照片回家

修起來很痛苦

於是才有上面的問題想請教各位前輩囉
