影響全台　鄭明典：季風槽雨帶觸南台灣

中央氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典昨表示，今天是立秋，已觀測季風槽移到台灣附近，水氣偏多；今稍早在臉書發文指出，「西南風裡的雨帶接觸南台灣了！」

鄭明典說，西南風裡的雨帶是季風槽的雨帶，屬間熱帶輻合帶的一部分，下雨效率相對的高，容易發展出具有組織性的中尺度對流系統，非零散的對流雲。

他提醒，該雨帶預測會緩慢北抬，對全台灣都有影響，仍以迎風面的西南部降雨的機率最高。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
