雖然現在好像比較夯日式拉麵但我想找的是那種市場賣生麵條的攤子常常說的那種手工拉麵不一定要是手工的(好像有點矛盾ˊˋ) 總之麵條寬度大概像竹筷子細端夾起來呈現"不規則QQ狀"(這是重點>_http://ppt.cc/_Ldg 大概像圖這樣這是我自己拉的但是沒有每天都這麼有空曾經到傳統市場買過但自家的醬料和煮麵的手藝還是有差之前大林國宅的"黃牛肉麵"是用這種麵條不過現在已經歇業希望找到多找幾家可以常常吃的家常的麵店有那種常見的乾麵類(肉燥麵.炸醬麵)就可以了拜託板友推薦謝謝 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.114.107.118
