國民黨擬暫擱核四公投案　先修《軍審法》

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院臨時會將在本周五結束，核四公投案與《軍事審判法》修法是否要脫鉤處理？國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池下午受訪說，社會對《軍審法》修法有高度共識，事情有先後，不是公投不重要，但可以先不處理，畢竟核四問題也已吵了20幾年，暫時不處理，也許9月1日前，再開第3次臨時會。

林鴻池也說，本次臨時會，除《軍審法》外，《漁業法》修法，開放漁船在高風險海域可僱武裝保全，也希望能順利三讀。

國民黨內人士透露，因民進黨立委霸佔主席台，國民黨立委屢攻不下，擔心本屆臨時會恐一事無成，且核四公投案黨內仍有雜音，黨內認為，用《軍審法》來換核四公投暫不處理，也算是有個台階下，不算太難看。
