財政部關務署台北關上午在台北關禮堂舉行關務長交接典禮，由關務署長饒平(中)主持監交，卸任台北關關務長莊水吉(左)將印信交給新任關務長劉明珠(右)，桃園機場倉儲、報關承攬等業者百餘人參加。

莊水吉在關務長任內帶領台北關獲得「行政院國家發展委員會第6屆政府服務品質獎」的入圍獎，也查獲航空貨運史上數量最大的毒品走私案，績效卓著，離開台北關後將升任財政部關務署副署長。新任台北關關務長劉明珠由副關務長直升，也是台北關第3位女性關務長，先後擔任海關退稅、驗估、徵課與查緝等工作，嫻熟海關業務。
