1成3檳榔攤　違法販售維士比等提神飲品

檳榔攤販售維士比、保力達B等酒精飲料情形氾濫，衛福部食品藥物管理署上月啟動「含酒精之西藥內服液劑專案稽查計畫」，會同台北市、台中市及高雄市衛生局鎖定轄內105處檳榔攤稽查，查獲14家檳榔攤無藥商執照販售含酒精的西藥內服液劑，不合格率13％，依《藥事法》規定，無藥商執照不得販售指示藥品，經約談後已有3處檳榔攤遭罰3萬元。
 
食藥署科長吳明美表示，維士比、保力達B等酒精飲品為指示用藥，適應症為消除疲勞，酒精含量約10％，每天最多喝3次、每次30～40cc，過量飲用恐傷肝，且正在用藥的民眾應留意藥品交替作用傷身。
 
食藥署副署長姜郁美指，《藥事法》規定，檳榔攤無藥商執照販售指示藥品可罰3萬～15萬元；檳榔攤人員無藥師執照販售指示用藥，行為人罰6～30萬元，不過後者須當場抓到販售行為才能罰，此次稽查違規的14處檳榔攤均為冰箱內擺放維士比、保力達B等酒精飲品，因此約談後開罰3萬～15萬元。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
