國道高速公路政府從來沒保證是條100%安全的公路, 政府只有呼籲駕駛人不要任意變換車道, 上路前要檢查車輛狀況與平日要保養車輛, 但為何高速公路還是經常發生車禍甚至是死亡車輛?

為何駕駛人沒有去思考這種問題? 反而拿這種問題來嚇阻其他用路人?
