日本歌姬安室奈美惠４日在日本推出首張情歌精選輯《Ballada最愛安室》，收錄由歌迷票選最愛的安室抒情歌前15名的歌曲，特別重錄創日本女歌手史上銷量最高單曲的〈CAN YOU CELEBRATE?〉及〈SWEET 19 BLUES〉兩首經典。
這次還拍了多支新MV，有加入葉加瀨太郎的豪華版〈CAN YOU CELEBRATE?feat.葉加瀨太郎〉，並補拍〈向日葵〉等多首之前沒MV的歌曲，日前率先公開〈SWEET 19 BLUES〉的宣傳MV，當中完美重現當年MV相同場景，巧妙時空交錯彷彿現在的安室與19歲的自己共演，這張堪稱經典的安室情歌精選，台灣將於６月13日發行。
