我的合約到今天5月13號到期
續約大省333無購機2年方案
服務小姐跟我講因計費周期是10~11號
所以我續約第一個月的通話費要跟之前合約的一樣
因我之前合約通話費是589 所以第一個月要收589(通話費)+315(網路費)

所以想請問一下是否一定要第一個月付之前的通話費阿?
