所以豆子的粗細是
義式咖啡機最細, 摩卡壺咖啡機第二細, 美式咖啡機最粗

以上是我去買咖啡豆老闆的解釋, 與一般我上網查到的資訊相同

但是對我來說, 老是覺得有那麼一點不對勁

義式咖啡機的濾片網目很細, 只能透過光去看到孔洞
我的伊萊克斯電動摩卡壺咖啡機的濾片網目, 好大的網目, 用摸的都能感到孔洞
我的飛利浦美式咖啡機的濾片網目面積是很大沒錯, 但是網目比伊萊克斯電動摩卡壺咖啡機, 還細很多. 看的出但用摸的很難查覺出.

就機器在設計, 要是摩卡壺咖啡機的豆子, 需要比美式咖啡機還細,
那摩卡壺咖啡機的網目應該要比美式咖啡機還細才合理阿!
怎麼會相反??

有人會說, 可以加濾紙來過濾渣渣
除非摩卡壺咖啡機的設計, 就是要我們自行過濾
就像美式咖啡機以前都是要有濾紙, 後來才改成可以免濾紙.
否則過濾說無法說服我
