為冬奧　普丁大赦政敵

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】向來以鐵腕治國的俄羅斯總統普丁，19日出人意料地宣布特赦還在蹲苦牢的政敵霍多爾科夫斯基，普丁表示，霍多爾科夫斯基（Mikhail Khodorkovsky）已坐牢超過10年，而且考慮到霍多爾科夫斯基年屆80的母親有病在身等情況，決定將其特赦。有趣的是，霍多爾科夫斯基的律師與母親得知消息後表示，他們根本沒要求普丁給予特赦。

現年50歲的前石油大亨霍多爾科夫斯基曾是俄國首富，但他2003年因被逃稅、詐欺等罪被捕，2005年被判刑，2009年又被加控竊油、洗錢，2011年再度宣判時，法官光念判決書就唸了整整4天。

俄國下議院18日也通過特赦案，包括女子樂團「小貓暴動」與綠色和平組織成員都可望獲釋，路透分析這是普丁為冬季奧運鋪路，避免外界繼續抨擊地主國的人權狀況。
