英國詐騙多　英警方設中文報案專線

【陳培煌╱台北報導】外交部歐洲司長張銘忠今表示，我國人近來遭國際人士詐誘匯款至英國的案件有升高趨勢，因英國匯款金額若無涉防制洗錢法規，歹徒無需特別申報並可訊息將款項轉匯到他國，導致英警方無法立即凍結帳戶。英國警方為此設立「防治詐騙行動處」專責處理，並有中文服務。

張銘忠說，只要涉案的人、地、網頁、銀行帳戶與英國有關的各類詐騙或網路犯罪案件，受害國人可以打專線電話報案，英國境內撥打0300-12-2040、境外撥打+44-161-234-9230，也可以上「防治詐騙行動處」官網填報案資料，英警方接獲後將提供案號，供報案人隨時提供最新事證或查詢辦案進度。
