味全案 檢調再約談兩證人

（中央社記者黃意涵、林長順台北13日電）台北地檢署偵辦味全摻油案，今天以證人身分，約談味全公司施姓研發經理及製油廠蔡姓品管員，釐清製油及檢驗過程。

衛生福利部日前查獲頂新代工味全部分油品使用大統長基橄欖油，屏東地檢署與北檢分工偵辦，北檢負責偵辦轄區內的味全公司涉嫌犯罪事實部分。

檢調6日搜索味全總公司，傳喚味全董事長魏應充、總經理張教華及4名證人。檢察官訊後分別諭令魏應充、張教華新台幣1000萬元、500萬元交保。證人均請回。

檢調8日展開第二度搜索，以證人身分約談大統長基公司董事長高振利、味全經銷商曹姓女經理，訊後請回；檢察官以嫌疑人身分傳喚味全前總經理常梅峰，訊後聲押失敗，高院9日駁回檢方抗告確定。

為釐清味全公司製油及檢驗過程，檢調近日密集以證人身分，傳喚味全中央研究所所長、副所長及相關研究人員說明，下午再度傳喚施姓研發經理及製油廠蔡姓品管員。1021113
