大陸官方9月PMI 51.1 連續三個月回升

大陸國家統計局今天公布代表大型企業的9月製造業採購經理指數PMI為51.1%，較上月上升0.1個百分點，為連續3個月回升。國家統計局服務業調查中心高級統計師趙慶河分析，這顯示大陸企業信增強，經濟繼續穩中有升。

趙慶河說，自第2季以來，在一系列穩定經濟發展政策的推動下，企業發展信心增強，反應在國內外市場需求的新訂單指數和新出口訂單指數分別為52.8和50.7，較8月上升0.4和0.5個百分點，均連續三個月回升，製造業生產呈現連續回升，9月生產指數為52.9，比上月上升0.3個百分點，為四個月以來的新高。

而企業對未來市場信心也表現在積極採購上，因此9月採購量指數為52.5，創8個月以來的新高；主要原材料購進價格指數為54.5，亦較8月上升1.3個百分點，連續3個月回升。

不過小型企業經營仍呈困難，9月小型企業PMI為48.8繼續下降，主要原因仍是產能過剩、市場供過於求，趙慶河建議，小型企業發展政策應落實，繼續增加對小型企業融資與減免稅負的支持。
