4G競標 總標金突破700億

4Ｇ行動寬頻業務釋照昨天進入第20天，累計200回合競價作業，暫時得標價總計已達724.25億，為底價359億的2倍多、創下紀錄。業界預估後續可輕鬆突破800億元，逐步向千億大關接近。最熱門的1800-C5區塊價格喊到203.85億元，比底價30億元多出173.85億元，競爭激烈遠超出預期。

行政院政務委員張善政昨指出，既然遊戲規則已訂好，現階段政府不會干涉，尊重市場機制。大家心裡都有數，標金數字太高，將來可能會轉嫁到消費者身上，但他希望業者未來可以提供創新的營運模式與服務，不能只用一種收費模式要求消費者平均負擔。

張善政表示，標金超過底價的部分，將分15年攤還，如此雖能多多少少挹注國庫，但是他更在意消費者的權益不要因此受損。至於對消費者的負擔會有多大影響，他相信ＮＣＣ會在費率上把關。
