女子抱狗入眠　耳朵長肥蟲

【蔡明樺╱台北報導】一名25歲的妙齡女子天天抱愛犬睡覺，2周前左耳出現悶癢感，她不以為意，日前因發燒且脖子腫痛就醫，才發現左耳竟被一隻如綠豆大的壁蝨盤踞吸血產卵，患部血漬斑斑，醫師以鑷子夾碎吸飽血液的壁蝨還「爆漿」。

醫師表示，壁蝨是犬隻常見的體外寄生蟲，抱狗睡覺易遭壁蝨吸血導致感染，免疫力較差者恐致命。
