我的眼圈周圍有長出類似粟粒腫小小顆的那種也有比較大顆的閉鎖型粉刺爬文和問過醫師都說要用針刺才能挑出粟粒腫但我個人不敢嘗試用破壞的方式解決它所以用了兩種酸類在臉上分別做了幾個月的測試杏仁酸和一代A酸愛潔膚我的結論是一代A酸是比較有用它會有點像去角質的效果把粟粒腫附近的皮膚變薄那麼粟粒腫就會相對突出來等它就快要接近自然脫落就給他自然脫落 (通常是你指甲不小心摳到但也不會留疤可以很輕鬆就看它脫落然後閉鎖型粉刺更是神奇原本會覺得那一顆就藏在最內部大概也擠不出來了可能要動手術才能拿出來但相同的原理當附近的皮膚因為擦了A酸而變薄那一顆粉刺反而會凸出來最後就會變成一粒球被擠出來我很多次早上洗臉就發現怎麼一兩粒白色的丸黏在臉上那就是自然代謝出來的結果以上是我親身試驗的結果請多指教謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.158.228
