【李卉婷／屏東報導】強烈颱風天兔來襲，墾丁地區從早上就開始出現狂風暴雨，瞬間陣風達10級，路人傘根本撐不住，墾丁大街更因為大風吹路樹、機車、路障倒一地，一片狼藉。而墾丁海域更掀起10公尺高浪，但似乎受到颱風影響，路上人煙稀少。另，滿州鄉九棚村因應海水倒灌，於今早10點由國軍弟兄協助撤村。
