水位逼近上限　員山子準備啟動分洪

【蔡進男／新北報導】「天兔」颱風帶來豐沛雨量，位於瑞芳區員山子分洪道，目前水位達61.96公尺，逼近62.5公尺警戒線，由於雨量已逐漸加遽，河川局人員預估到晚上8時許有可能到達警戒，若水位達63公尺，將會開始分洪，把洪水導流入海。
