工廠黑狗咬人　被咬男子索賠捐慈善機構

【王勇超／高雄報導】高市有名馬姓男子（38歲）騎車經過一家工廠前道路，遭到工廠飼養的土狗追咬，其中一頭黑狗咬到馬男左腳掌，就醫後對工廠提出過失傷害告訴，工廠負責人陳姓女子（42歲）到案說明時表示，因廠區位置偏僻，員工才用剩菜、剩飯飼養土狗幫忙看門。馬男最後要求陳女以工廠名義賠償2萬元給慈善機構，雙方和解。
