雙子星案恐破局？ 捷局明年又編審查預算

北市捷運局目前正等待中工團隊完成台北雙子星案繳費及用印，但今天市議會審預算時，發現明年度捷局預算有一筆雙子星案審查會議府外委員出席費用，質疑難道今年雙子星案恐破局、明年捲土重來重新審查？北市捷運局表示，無法預料今年議約情況如何，編預算是以防萬一。

今天傍晚交通委員會審查時，發現明年度有一筆台北雙子星案審查會議委員出席費用一萬八千元。捷運局表示，希望今年與中工團隊能夠議約、簽約順利，但是誰都無法預料到今年情況會如何，編明年這筆預算是以防萬一。

市議員秦慧珠質疑，評審委員是決定投資人好壞的關鍵角色，但每位委員出席費用才2000元，與台北雙子星600、700億元的開發規模相比，實在不符合比例原則。台北雙子星案有很多資料要看，太低的出席費用無法找到好的評審委員。上一次審查會議選出太極雙星團隊，捷局應避免重蹈覆轍。

捷運局表示，2000元出席費用的確有點低，但這是全國一致的規定，無法改變，過去10年來也沒有變動過。因此沒有辦法提高。
