刀鋒戰士過失殺人 「仍可為國出賽」

南非運動員「刀鋒戰士」皮斯托瑞斯槍殺女友，雖已被判過失殺人罪成立，但南非體育運動總會暨奧林匹克委員會（SASCOC）首長雷迪表示，他仍能繼續代表國家出賽。

有「刀鋒戰士」之稱的南非運動員奧斯卡‧皮斯托瑞斯，於2013年情人節槍殺模特兒女友史婷坎普 ，12日被判決過失殺人罪成立，但謀殺罪不成立。刑期將於10月宣判，依南非法律，過失殺人最高可判刑15年。

但南非體育運動總會暨奧林匹克委員會首長雷迪表示，該會並沒有規定禁止有犯罪紀錄的人代表國家出賽，因此皮斯托瑞斯 可自由出賽。
