7月發現戴奧辛鴨　學者批官方隱匿

衛福部7月在高雄賣場監測到戴奧辛鴨，卻遲不公布，遭質疑隱匿。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，衛福部說，只監測到一隻鴨超標，後續檢測的20個樣本都符合標準。台大職衛所教授吳焜裕認為，一定還有鴨存有風險，批評衛福部抱持「大事化小」的心態。林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科主任顏宗海表示，戴奧辛為世紀之毒，動物、魚蝦等吃到戴奧辛後無法分解，人體戴奧辛有9成是透過飲食而來，戴奧辛會殘留在鴨的脂肪與內臟、鴨皮等，應避免食用這些部位。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
