台北犁記餅店所有產品 全額退費

台北犁記餅店負責人今到北市府表示，所有產品皆全額退費，且從寬認定。之前退半價的客戶皆有留下資料，會再聯絡補退。

法務局主任消保官陳信誠表示，衛福部公告強冠下游業者的問題產品清單中，犁記餅店使用到問題油品的產品為芝麻肉餅。此部分不論從民法或消保法的規定，業者本應全額退費。但其他未經衛福部公告產品是否退費，及退費的標準則由企業經營者決定。

不過犁記餅店表示，基於重視消費者長期支持及維護消費者權益，從昨日下午開始，所有產品變更為全額退費。
