全民英檢報名的照片問題(20點)

如題我要參加今年10月份的初級考試

照片部份我是請家裡人幫我用手機拍下(有按照規定背景要為單色系)

問題是它說上傳的檔案不得超過1.5mb

我的照片是2.86mb

請問我該怎麼縮小檔案大小?

還是有其他辦法嗎?

p.s.:操作方法請幫我解釋清楚一點
