台哥大這樣算詐欺嗎

1.台哥大在我使用3G網路收訊都很好，因平板方案，所以申辦4G，他們確認說我住所收的到4G，我才辦的，
結果回到家收不到4G,我打電話到客服，他們回說我住所沒有4G涵蓋，所以才說他們是否詐欺。
2.我原來3G吃到飽月租4百多元，轉換4G平板方案8百多元，而且住所收不到4G訊號，而且訊號斷續，須切
回3G模式，才會要求台哥大降月租費，但至今沒有回應。

4.申辦時跟我確認說有4G涵蓋，但使用收不到，反應到客服也確認我住所沒有4G涵蓋，這涉及詐欺嗎？法律
上我該怎麼爭取?
