到公司今天滿五個月之前三個月後老闆決定加薪(但並沒有說實際金額) 一直到上個月發薪資單才知道加薪金額為 3 千元可是這個月本薪卻跟上個月的本新差了 1 千元請問這是變相的減薪嗎? 另外我完全沒有被告知是否算是違反勞基法 14 條? 由於金額是只有少一千元沒有占很多 (相較於其他大幅減薪) 因此來詢問大家意見謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.231.44.212 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1404993216.A.651.html
