證交所表示，融達TDR（910948）違反三項重大訊息規定，處最重100萬罰款。

證交所表示，融達嚴重違反三項重大訊息規定，包括第一、香港上市公司融達在6月27日下午2時37分香港交易所暫停交易，但卻未同步向證交所提交暫停交易申請文件，且遲至同日下午8時30分始公告重大訊息。

第二、融達6月27日上午出席香港高等法院委任清盤人之聆訊，惟融達未及時刊發當次聆訊相關公告，而遲至6月30日下午7時24分公告重大訊息。

第三、融達在中華民國境內之訴訟及非訴訟代理人已於6月30日辭職，融達遲至7月3日下午8時15分才公告重大訊息。
