雲林縣台西國中游泳池原訂5月開放，卻因為新法規定，380瓦的變電箱需設在室內，開放時間拖延，地方痛批學校跳票，校長陳昭龍翻找相關資料，證明游泳池早在99年就規劃完成，適用於舊法，學校今天放水測試，預定7月1日試營運。
