派偵探找林克穎　電郵「願賠60萬」 成證供

英商林克穎撞死台灣孝子黃俊德，犯案後潛逃出境，英國法院一審判決將他引渡回台服刑，堪稱是司法、外交一大勝利。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，林克穎引渡案一審判決書全文62頁，在台英雙方無邦交情形下，判決書封面直接稱呼我為中華民國（台灣），更以4頁篇幅確認台灣領土地位，創下台英司法體系上鮮少案例。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，前駐英代表、現任駐美代表沈呂巡說，當時得知林克穎潛逃回英國後，代表處還找了私家偵探幫忙找人，也曾接獲他發電子郵件到駐英代表處，表示願意賠家屬60萬元、自己曾到廟裡燒香等，均成為呈堂證供。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
