聖安東尼奧馬刺11日以111：92痛宰邁阿密熱火，總冠軍系列賽取得2：1領先，黑衫軍上半場的瘋狂表現締造一卡車紀錄。

上半場，馬刺以71：50領先，21分的差距是自1954年NBA引進24秒進攻時間規則後，總冠軍賽史上最大半場比分差。

自1996年Gregg Popovich接掌馬刺兵符以來，只要黑衫軍季後賽半場領先超過20分，戰績是完美的46勝0敗，今天是第47勝。

自1987年的洛杉磯湖人後，馬刺是第一支在季後賽上半場得到至少70分的球隊，當年的「紫金軍」最後也拿下總冠軍。

馬刺首節攻下41分，是1967年的費城七六人後，總冠軍賽第1節的單隊最高得分紀錄。
