捷運站旁20坪僅收1元　好房東助老父殘子

台北捷運民權西路站附近1處20坪平房，目前月租金行情約1萬初頭，但有好心房東供1對父子居住，每月房租僅象徵性收1元。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，8旬的胡姓男子獨力照顧50多歲智能障礙兒子為中低收入戶，原承租3樓房屋又無扶手可以協助上下樓梯，欲覓1樓住宅，台北市大同區民權里長陳玉女把訊息貼上臉書，有名低調善心人來電，聲稱願意出租老房子，每月只要收1塊錢。

里長把好消息告訴胡翁，眼眶泛紅直道謝，本周六將搬遷入新住處。胡翁說，每月政府補助金額約1萬多元，剛好付原先每月租金1萬1000元，相扣後僅剩微薄生活費，感謝好心房東，未來每月有萬餘元可生活。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
