是的，你沒看錯，錶店裡吃麵。在彰化員林鎮上，有間老字號的鐘錶店「平和堂」，竟然在鐘錶店裡開起了麵店。這可不是有著錶店氛圍的麵店，它就是不折不扣地既賣錶又賣麵，客人吃麵用的桌子，就是展示手錶的玻璃櫥櫃，也不知有多少客人這麼吃著吃著，就順便買個鐘買個錶了。不過，可別以為這只是噱頭，平和堂裡這間叫姜家麵的麵店，將製作皮蛋瘦肉粥的技法運用到麵食當中，看似簡單卻相當美味呢。
