不只雞湯塊　鼎王調味料疑摻粉

鼎王麻辣鍋湯底不僅加雞湯塊、添加中藥種類僅宣稱的一半左右，疑似還加有牛肉精、柴魚精等粉狀調味料。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，牛肉精、柴魚精等粉狀調味料，是否也加入鼎王湯底？鼎王回應配方屬「商業機密」，已送交檢調、台中市衛生局調查。朝陽科技大學助理教授陳耀寬說，牛肉精等人工香精是食品合法添加劑，少量食用無害，但吃多了可能造成心悸、心跳加速、盜汗等不適症狀。（夏至賢／綜合報導）
