不滿屋還國防部 嗆「同歸於盡」 男判拘

台北市田姓男子不滿其拆屋還地的民事判決確定，須將房地還給國防部總政治作戰局，當台北地院民事執行處司法事務官等人到場執行時，持鐮刀和汽油瓶，並攀上庭院大門上方平台，恫稱「一起燒死」、「同歸於盡」等語，作勢揮舞鐮刀。後經警力壓制，將他移送法辦。

台北地院審酌田男輕率以鐮刀、汽油等脅迫手法，妨害台北地院及警方等公務人員執行職務，蔑視國家公權力，依妨害公務執行罪，判拘40天、得易科罰金。全案還可上訴。
