南韓信用資料外洩 2千萬人受害

南韓國家財政規範局今天(19日)表示，南韓至少有2千萬銀行及信用卡用戶的個人資料外洩，該局並且指出，這是南韓歷年來，個人信用資料外洩最嚴重的案例之一。

過去幾年來，南韓許多大型金融公司都曾發生顧客資料外洩的案例，不論是遭駭客入侵，或是公司員工監守自盜。

這次最新發生的個人信用資料被盜案，是由南韓個人信用評等公司─南韓信用局(KCB)的1名員工監守自盜，這名員工已經被捕，而且他盜取的公司包括南韓KB國民卡(KB Kookmin Card)、樂天卡(Lotte Card)及NH農協卡(NH Nonghyup Card)等三大信用卡公司的客戶資料。

南韓國家財政財政規範局證實，這起案件的受害人估計至少有2千萬，然而南韓的人口才約5千萬，可見受害比例之高。
