最新消息，立法院三讀通過刑法修正案，無故偷拍、竊聽，罰金提高至30萬，至於陸海空軍刑法修正草案，明確定義是訓練而非凌虐。

立法院上午三讀通過刑法修正案，無故利用錄音、照相、錄影等方式，窺視、竊聽、或記錄他人非公開的活動、談話、身體隱私部位，可處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役，但罰金從現行的3萬元，提高到30萬元；而且也三讀通過陸海空軍刑法修正草案，清楚區隔軍中凌虐與必要的訓練，例如天堂路訓練就明確定義是訓練而非凌虐。
