word無法開啟檔案!

在桌面上點選word 檔開啟之後
出現的是空空的word頁面

要點選檔案的開啟舊檔或是開新檔案才可編輯或瀏覽

為何會這樣呢??
要麼修復(是2003的)

另外
也無法直接開啟網路上下載的word檔

一定要儲存在桌面之後
再點選檔案中的開起舊檔才可以看

這真是太麻煩了啦~~~~~~~
