徐信正何江忠收押 家人難過

陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，全案由軍法轉交司法後，桃園地方法院23日晚裁定前542旅副旅長何江忠542旅、連長徐信正和上士范佐憲等3人羈押，引起外界質疑當初軍法在偵辦洪案時，是否有意包庇嫌犯，因而遲不收押。
針對外界質疑，國防部高等軍事法院發言人倪運喜表示，軍高院與桃園地院對洪案被告何江忠等3人有無串證之虞看法一致，只是對羈押必要的見解不同。
倪運喜指出，軍高院合議庭在偵查階段裁准3人羈押，是因當時事證不明朗，且許多證人尚未傳喚，不過全案在起訴後，因3人筆錄都已作成，且證據查扣確實，即便被告翻供，仍無礙合議庭後續訴究，認為可以交保代替羈押。對於桃園地院評議結果，軍高院只能表示尊重。
何江忠等3人在桃園看守所第一夜，心情低落平靜，3人被分配到不同房舍，早餐吃清淡的稀飯小菜。
根據規定，看守所周末不開放律師或家屬會面，因此今日並無三人家屬前往桃園看守所探視。
