匿名的消息人士透露，蘋果公司供應商已在準備生產蘋果公司歷來最大的一款iPad，螢幕尺寸達12.9吋，預計明年第一季推出。

蘋果iPad目前的螢幕規格分別是9.7吋與7.9吋，消息人士說，蘋果和供應商研發較大尺寸觸控螢幕裝置至少已有一年的時間。
