軍監首波移監新竹 1人提前報到

首波軍事受刑人移監行動，移往新竹監獄兩名受刑人，分別為涉搶奪案被判6年徒刑楊姓男子，和因涉強盜案被判無期徒刑呂姓男子。

二人原訂早上十點報到，其中涉及搶奪案被判6年楊姓受刑人，一早九點就在新竹第三分局與軍方人員戒護，提前到新竹監獄。

新竹監獄表示，兩受刑人分別患有眼疾、視力模糊與精神疾病等因素，申請保外就醫中，新竹地檢署檢察官張凱絜已進行瞭解，並評估是否符合保外就醫條件。
