在日圓、人民幣等亞洲貨幣兌美元反彈，加上修正前一交易日中央銀行阻升匯價之下，新台幣兌美元15日早盤升破30元，不過，由於台股走跌，新台幣升勢受阻，目前最高價來到29.959元、升值7.3分。
亞洲貨幣兌美元15日出現反彈，日圓一度升破98日圓兌1美元，韓元則是在1117至1118韓元兌1美元盤整，人民幣兌美元中間價則來到6.1696元兌1美元，較前一交易日升值0.0024元。
至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，新台幣兌美元早盤以30.03元小升開出後，在亞幣反彈，加上修正前一交易日央行阻升匯價的補升效應下，新台幣隨即升破30元價位，來到29.959元、升值7.3分。
不過，匯銀人士表示，由於台股仍走跌，加上韓元盤整，日圓兌美元也拉回至98，新台幣升勢受阻，在29.96元陷入盤整，截至上午10時10分為止，新台幣兌美元來到29.958元、升值7.4分。
